Do You Accept Insurance? I am an out of network provider and I do not accept insurance.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept? I accept major credit cards, and debit cards as forms of payment.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy? I will reschedule your appointment if it is within 24 hour’s notice. If not you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
